Ripening time of our strawberry varieties
Available strawberry varieties with picking period and performance

Before the plants start to form buds, a layer of straw several centimetres thick is placed over the plants in winter. This insulation delays bud formation by several days, leading to the fruits ripening slightly later and enabling the season for outdoor strawberries to be extended by up to ten days.
